
Bryony Firth-Bernard
Former T3 staff writer Bryony covered fitness, outdoors, and wearables for T3. She completed her PT Level 3 qualification with the PFCA and also worked part-time as a casual fitness instructor, mainly leading strength and conditioning classes.
Having always dabbled in “the gym”, it was during the lockdowns that Bryony developed a newfound love for fitness, specifically strength training. Alongside the physical benefits of this style of training, it wasn’t long before she discovered the huge mental benefits it offered, too. She also enjoyed taking on new fitness challenges and completed her first HYROX in 2023 with just four months of training and no prior running experience.
Previously, she worked as Health and Fitness Product Writer for What’s The Best and Yours. Her bylines also appeared in Good Housekeeping and Red magazine. She even did a little news reading on Heart Radio.
